PAYMENT POLICY
All Short Term Rental reservations require a non-refundable, prepaid deposit of 1/3rd down to confirm your reservation. The second payment of another 1/3rd of the total reservation payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The complete rental amount (or balance) must be paid in full due 30 days prior to arrival.
Stays of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks (no charge) or a mid-stay clean, in addition to mid-stay trash pick ups and mid-stay hottub services, all of which have associated fees for the guest. Call our office for information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As all Payments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend that you secure Travel Insurance to protect your investment. There are a wide variety of sources of Travel Protection available. See the link on our website to contact our preferred supplier of travel Insurance.
Let us know immediately if you find you are not able to visit us in Estes Park and must cancel your travel plans. SkyRun's Guest Service team will attempt to re-rent your selected property.
If successful, we may be able to issue a refund in the amount of the replacement reservation(s), up to the full amount of your canceled reservation deposit. Any refund of deposit or final payments will be calculated based on the actual gross rental rates of the replacement booking, less a $100 cancellation fee.
Refunds due to re-renting will be calculated and paid to the primary contact on the original canceled reservation within 30 days of departure by the newly booked reservation.

Enter the home into the main floor great room with a huge vaulted ceiling and spacious open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Be part of the family fun while preparing a meal or cozying up to the beautiful fireplace. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or simply enjoy the stunning mountain view framed by the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
This home is built on four levels on the side of the mountain. Each level has its own wrap around deck. The main level deck gives easy access to the grill while the bedroom level decks offer a quiet getaway for those who need a little time to themselves to breath in the mountain air.
The second and third levels, downstairs from the main level, each have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own ensuite full bath ensuring that everyone gets ready in time for the daily hike or an evening out. The Sky Pond bedroom on the second level below the main floor adds an extra touch of romance with a private fireplace and jetted tub! The fourth and lowest level has two sets of bunk beds, enough room for four. Just off the game room it is an ideal teenage hang out. The game room is a great place to gather for a game of cards, to watch TV or to have an air hocky competition! Each bedroom has bedside charging station with USB, USB-C and AC ports.
The two beautiful fireplaces will keep you cozy in the winter and the central AC in the upper two levels will keep you cool on warm summer afternoons. The lower two levels have fans in each of the bedrooms while, even in summer, the dry mountain air cools down at night becoming a little chilly by morning. No better way to sleep!
A special feature of this home is the level 2 EV charger with an SAE J1722 connector which is compatible with most EVs. Teslas require an adapter. It is set to "open", just pull into the garage and it is ready to use!

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

- Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside or outside of this home. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in this neighborhood except for a designated smoking area near the entrance of the neighborhood.
